2021 Registraton

Registration

Registration for EDHSC's Recreational Program is now closed.

Regular Registration is now through June 1st.

Late Registration is June 2nd through June 15th (Late Fee is $50).

Anyone registering after June 15th will be put on a waitlist and will be added if we have enough volunteers.

Please be prepared to provide the following documents:

  • Birth Certificates (one-time event, stored thereafter)
  • Player Picture (current picture, update each year preferred)  
  • Form of Payment

Volunteer Coaches and Assistant Coaches must also register! (Registration for coaches coming soon)

To request financial assistance to help cover the cost of registration, please complete and submit the Financial Aid Application before June 30, 2021

Rec Program Refund Policy

Registration after 6/1/2021 – $50 nonrefundable late fee will apply*

Cancellations

If participant chooses to cancel

  • Prior to 7/1 – Refund of 100% of base registration fee; $5 cancellation processing fee will also be applied
  • Between 7/1‐7/15 – Refund of 100% of base registration fee; $50 cancellation fee will also be applied (revised as of 6/22) -
  • After 7/15 – No refunds will be made

Certain exemptions to the above policy may be made at the discretion of the Board.

If cancellation is due to impact of COVID‐19, then the following approach to refunds would apply – If our season starts and is cancelled part way through, the club will incur expenses (Field expenses, Field prep expenses, Ref fees, etc.). If this occurs, then our refund policy will be to provide a prorated refund of registration fees. The prorated amounts will be based upon our season being 13 weeks long (August 2021 to October 31st, 2021).

This means that, for each active week prior to a COVID‐19‐related cancellation, any refund amount will be reduced as follows

  • U5‐U8 ‐ $13/week
  • U10‐U19 ‐ $15/week

The below examples are meant to illustrate the expected refund amounts by week of cancellation (note – refund amount is in red) ‐

Should COVID‐19 cause the season to start later than currently planned, and result in an abbreviated schedule, we will provide refunds for the weeks that are not played. We will keep families updated on the status of the program as information becomes available.

*If a participant registers after 6/15/2021, is put on the waitlist and ultimately is not placed on a team, the entire registration fee (including the late fee) will be refunded.
